Shipping Policy.

COVID UPDATE

*Shipping times may be impacted due to COVID-19. We are doing absolutely everything we can to ensure you get your product as soon as possible!

From the time of order, processing time is approximately 1-2 business days. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over its movement. Please track your package carefully and ensure you are home to receive it. We are not responsible for porch privates or for failed to deliver packages. We will do our best to contact and work with the shipping company to resolve any issues.   

Return Policy.

Due to sanitary concerns, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

Cancellation Policy.

If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to us at info@earthmadeco.com. We will review the situation on a case by case basis. Material factors & considerations include has the order been shipped, received or not yet sent out.
